The food IS my problem, and it's mighty hard to change decades of bad habits. What I have found t...It can be a problem for sure. What I have found to be helpful is packing a cooler with your own post workout recovery snack. That way, you are getting what you want (and it is extremely important to have a recovery snack after a workout).
